Vermont Greenhouse Gas Inventory Reports (2007-present)
The initial inventory report was prepared in concert with the work of the Governor’s Commission on Climate Change in 2007. It included a projection of the state’s greenhouse gas emissions through 2030. Since then, the inventory has been periodically updated by the Department of Environmental Conservation.

Vermont Comprehensive Energy Plan 2016
Link to the state's Comprehensive Energy Plan website, hosted by the Department of Public Service. It includes the latest iteration of the state's Comprehensive Energy Plan, which describes the goals and strategies for achieving the state's greenhouse gas emissions and renewable energy goals.
Resilience
Flood Ready Vermont - a web site dedicated to assisting communities in developing and implementing plans to increase resilience in a changing climate.
Agency of Commerce and Community Development "Plan Today for Tomorrow's Flood" web site. Resources for communities and partners to incorporate the lessons learned from past flooding to make communities safer, reduce the cost of future damage and protect vital areas of economic activity. Includes links to the Vermont Economic Resiliency Initiative and the Smart Growth Implementation Assistance program.
Vermont Climate Assessment (2014)
The Vermont Climate Assessment web site and report was a project of the Gund Institute of Ecological Economics at the University of Vermont. It is an in-depth look at past climate trends and projected changes in temperature and precipitation through 2100. It also looks at the effect of those changes on energy use and other environmental and economic sectors.
Vermont State Climate Office
Web site of the state climatologist, with links to Vermont data, resources and other climate information.
Climate Change Adaptation Framework for Natural Sectors (May 2013)
This ANR report is the product of a year-long stakeholder process focusing on the challenges and opportunities in our rivers and streams, lakes and ponds, and forests due to a changing climate over the next 80 years.

Governor's Commission on Climate Change (2007)
This multi-stakeholder commission was established in 2005, and produced their final report in 2007. The report includes recommended actions in three broad areas – energy supply and demand; agriculture, forestry and waste management, transportation and land use – as well as for a series of cross-cutting issues.
