David Mears, member with expertise in the design and implementation of programs to increase resilience to and respond to natural disasters resulting from climate change
David Mears is an attorney with the law firm of Tarrant, Gillies and Shems, LLP in Montpelier, Vermont where he represents clients in the areas of environmental, energy, and land use law and policy at the local, state and federal levels. Prior to joining the firm, Mears served as the Executive Director of Audubon Vermont and a Vice President of the National Audubon Society. Mears has also served as the Associate Dean of Environmental Programs at Vermont Law School.

Jaiel Pulskamp, Kettle Song Farm, member to represent the farm and forest sector
Jaiel Pulskamp is the founder and owner of Kettle Song Farm, a small-scale organic vegetable farm. Jaiel established her farm in 2008 after gaining experience working on several farms throughout Vermont. From 2017 until 2022, she served as an organizer and co-director for 350Vermont, and she currently holds a position with the White River Natural Resources Conservation District.
